Block the right nostril inhale left for 4 seconds.
Block both nostrils and hold for 16 seconds.
release out the right for 8 seconds.
inhale right for 4 seconds. block both nostrils and hold for 16 seconds.
release out the left for 8 seconds.
this concludes one round.
