Use Equal Part breath to quickly restore balance and a sense of being grounded.

Try with an equal part retention in between each breath for an increased sense of calm.

Sama Vritta Pranayama for Calm:

INhale through your nose for 4 seconds.

Hold for 4 seconds.

exhale out your nose for 4 seconds.

hold the bottom of the breath for 4 seconds.

Ideally go for 6 seconds for each part of breath.

into postures and into the moment.
