a more intense alternate nostril breathing can help move stuck energy, open the channels, and open sinuses for clear breath and energy flow.

 

Practice this technique like Nadi Shodhana, but hold your right elbow out wide so your lungs and ribcage have space to expand.

Allow the more forceful breath through each nostril to clear blockages, both physical and energetic. This is ideally done with about 1 second retention between sides, fully inflating and clearing out the lungs with each breath.
